Me, Design and You
Design invites us to curiosity and unbiased observation.
(But can a human being ever truly be without bias?)
And what a profound practice it is to turn this lens inward, to observe ourselves in the same way.
Art and design can be both a window to the world outside and a mirror reflecting the world within.
For me, design is a journey of discovery—of myself, of others, and of the world.
With over 6 years in design, I started in visual design (branding, advertising, print) and transitioned to UI/UX. As a freelancer, I designed 50+ websites and apps, collaborating with major organizations like the Ministry of Industry and the Municipality. Seeking teamwork and product experience, I joined Eghamat24 as a UX Designer. There, we redesigned the booking process, increasing conversion rates by 0.7%, and personalized services for B2B users, boosting user acquisition by 36%. We also redesigned the mobile app with the goal of converting one-time users into loyal customers, creating a new information architecture based on user research.
Pursuing further growth, I earned a Master’s in Digital Design from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Working in international teams, I explored biodesign, sustainable design, and graduated as one of the top students in my cohort, earning two merit-based scholarships in 2024. Now, I’m eager to bring my expertise to new challenges and continue growing in the industry.
